Cement Hill Tower
The Cement Hill Tower (Fairfield) is a 75-ft tall tower (922 ft above sea level) located on top of Cement Hill (between Vacaville and Fairfield).
This site has 4 Internet transmitters (called access points) and 1 backhaul (primary Internet feed line). The backhaul connects to the Lagoon Valley Tower. Each transmitter connects up to 30 customers and transmits a directional signal (60 or 90 degrees) up to 20 miles
The site has a 3-hour battery backup system that starts automatically in the event of a PG&E power outage. If necessary, there is also an onsite generator.
